Sunrise Hike with Ryan and Caroline
Thursday, March 3, 4:00am
Early bird gets the worm! Get up well before the sun to get in some starlight hiking and see a stellar sunrise from the top of Mt. Abe.

We will leave ADK at 4:00 am on THURSDAY for a 6:30 sunrise and be back in time for 10:00 classes!

Bring lots of warm layers (it's usually pretty windy up there), hat, gloves, boots, microspikes, headlamp, and a water bottle. We'll provide some snacks.

Expect ~6 miles of medium-strenuous winter hiking! Sign up here.
Sunrise up Snake with Seb and Parker
Friday, March 4, 4:30am
Join us for sunrise up Snake Mountain this Friday! Snake is one of the all-time favorite hikes close to Middlebury - if you haven't gone yet, this will be a great opportunity to do so! We will leave campus at 4:30 for a magnificent sunrise at 6:30. It will be cold on Friday - a true winter sunrise!! - but we will warm our hearts and souls with some hot chocolate, so bring mugs! Sign up here.
Intro to Ice Climbing with Sofia and Kent
Sunday, March 6, 7:00am
Want to learn how to ice climb? Take advantage of the last of winter by learning something new! Our location depends on ice quality, so we'll let you know later in the week. We'll be heading out early Sunday and should be back by 5pm. Plan to come to a belay session at the climbing wall at 8pm on Wednesday, and gear hours at 4:30pm on Thursday. "It's just so cool!" -one of last week's participants. Sign up here.
Weekly Wellness Walk with Jenny and Caroline
Monday, March 7, 2:00pm
Join us for a Wellness Walk--a short, mid-week walk to a nearby scenic spot. These trips are aimed to promote de-stressing by utilizing small chunks of time during the day to get off campus and into the woods. Walking meditation and contemplative practices will be offered, though participation is not required to join us! This week's walk will be on the trails in nearby Wright Park! If you can't make this week, look out for new walk locations and times each week. Sign up here.
Fireside Dinner!
Friday, March 4, 7:00pm
Join the Mountain Club in Brooker this Friday evening for good food and good company (and of course a warm fire). All are welcome! Hope to see you there. Please bring your own bowl and utensils!
