This week only, MMC board is meeting in Brooker. The time and day, Wednesdays at 6:00 pm, is the same.

Mountainfilm this Sunday! 
We are so excited to once again be hosting the Telluride Mountainflim Festival on Tour. Come down to Dana Auditorium this Sunday at 7 pm to view some of the most gnarly/inspirational films produced in the last year. Admission is free, so bring a friend! 

Indian Head Cliffs with Abby and Laura
Join us for an overnight trip to the beautiful Indian Head Cliffs in the Adirondacks! We'll head out at 2pm on Friday and hike a little over 2 miles to a backcountry campsite off the Gill Brook Trail. On Saturday we'll do a loop past Artist Falls, Fish Hawk Cliffs, and over Indian Head for an 8-10 mile day with some amazing views. We'll be back on campus by dinner on Saturday. Camel's Hump Sunrise with Emma and Ryan
Start the day off right with a sunrise hike up Camel's Hump! We'll leave from ADK at 4:15am sharp to catch a 6:36am sunrise from the top of Camel's Hump! We'll take the Burrow's Trail for a ~5 mile round-trip hike, aiming to arrive back on campus right around 9am. Don't forget your headlamps, water, warm layers, and some solid footwear! Sign up here
Gear Sale This Wednesday
Outdoor Programs is having a used outdoor gear sale! Please visit the Freeman International Center parking lot (rain location is The Bunker) for an assortment of cross country skis, snowshoes, backpacks, and other outdoor gear seeking a new home, all prices under $20! Come early for the best selection!

WFR Practice Session on Saturday

Want to improve your ability to handle medical situations in the wilderness?  Best to practice before encountering a real time incident!  This course will consist of two emergency medical scenarios in the field.  You must have a current Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification to participate. Course will run all day Saturday 11/7 and is strongly recommended for guides. Sign up here.

Submit Photos for the MMC Tastefully Nude Calendar!
Coming this December the MMC will release its annual Tastefully Nude Calendar to help raise funds for trips. If you find yourself in a beautiful location with no possibility of offending any other inhabitants of the wilderness, please feel free to snap a photo of your beautiful, adequately covered and of age body! Submissions are to be sent to mmc@middlebury.edu; make sure you get them in before December 15th!

Like trees? Go plant some with the VSO!
Join Volunteer Services Org this Saturday to help plant trees with Intervale Farms. Their mission is to strengthen community food systems. Since 1988, they've been dedicated to improving farm viability, promoting sustainable land use and engaging the community in the food system. We will be leaving ADK at 8:15 AM and will be back on campus by 1:00 PM. Sign up at go/vsotrees today.
