Thursday Sunrise Hike with Emma and Ryan
Hop up out of bed and warm yourself up with a hike up Mt. Abe! We will leave ADK at 4 am on Thursday morning for a 6:20 sunrise and be back in time for 9:30 classes. Bring lots of warm layers (it's usually pretty windy up there), hat, gloves, boots, snowshoes, headlamp, and a water bottle. We will provide some snackaroos. Should be lots of fun! Expect ~6 miles of medium-strenuous winter hiking! Followed by sledding down lincoln gap to get back to the van :) Sign up Here .
Guide Seminar March 7-8

We will have two 2-hour training sessions before the trip itself, then go on a trip for some experiential learning and honing of skills, and have a 1 hour debrief the week after the trip. (You'll also be having this much fun in the blowing snow on top of Wright in the 'Daks, but it will be 20 degrees colder.) Sign up Here .
